In Girls In Action, girls ages 10-13 groove weekly with basic bicycle mechanics, bicycle outings (playing in the park, museums), sleepovers, arts and crafts and honest discussions on girls issues. Girls get active physically and to learn to love bicycling!

On the last day of G.I.A its is a tradtion to go to the Sugar Bowl and ride down the huge hills. In the Spring 2008 session, Crystal’s chain popped, and she explained to the other girls how to connect the chain back on to the freewheel.
